Houses and Villas are categorized as residential properties {if location} in {location}{/if} . Houses for rent and sale are available around the country. There are different types of houses, from a single story (unit) to double and triple stories{if location} in {location}{/if} . Some houses have single and double floor basements while most houses don’t have any basement. The structure of houses varies from area to area and the size of the plot on which the house is built. In Pakistan, houses are built on every size of plot starting from 3 Marla to 5, 7, 10, 12 Marla, ending at bigger houses of 1 and 2 Kanal plots. There are also residential properties above 1 and 2 Kanal, but that are categorized under farmhouses. 

Living space depends on the size of the plot and the architectural design of that house.
